By accessing or using ByShip’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform, website, or logistics services.
User Accounts

By creating an account, you authorize ByShip to handle and ship your packages from our U.S. warehouse to Jamaica.

Using ByShip Services

Customers will shop on U.S. online stores (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and use their unique ByShip U.S. warehouse address and mailbox number at checkout.

ByShip will receive, process, and transport packages to Jamaica for delivery or pick-up.

Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Once a package is delivered to ByShip’s U.S. warehouse, it is considered checked in to our system and subject to ByShip’s shipping and handling terms.

Prices and fees are displayed in JMD (Jamaican Dollars) and may include applicable taxes or customs charges.

ByShip reserves the right to update rates or fees at any time.

Customers can track their packages through the ByShip dashboard or WhatsApp notifications.

ByShip is not liable for delays caused by U.S. merchants, customs agencies, or natural events.

❌ Fraudulent transactions or identity misuse.
❌ Hacking, scraping, or attempting to disrupt ByShip’s systems.
❌ Harassment, hate speech, or offensive communication with staff or other users.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, package confiscation, or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, branding, and content on the ByShip website are owned and protected by ByShip.
No part of the website or platform may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission from ByShip.
Limitation of Liability
ByShip shall not be held responsible for:

Technical issues affecting access to the ByShip website or app.

Losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Unauthorized access to user accounts caused by weak or compromised passwords.
