  • Items shipped exactly as received from the U.S. (ByShip is not responsible for merchant errors).

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).

  • Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks, gift cards).

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, undergarments).

  • Items not reported within the 24-hour window.


2️⃣ How to Request a Return or Refund

To start your return or refund process:

βœ” Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
